Random Paving

Random Paving is a very traditional but impressive way of laying paving slabs. This paving method is very effective when using Sandstone, Limestone, Granite or Slate. The slabs come in 4 or 5 different sizes and have a specific pattern to give a constant random arrangement. Random paving looks particularly effective in more tradition and cottage style gardens.

Linear Paving

Linear Paving is a more contemporary method of laying one size rectangular patio slab in one constant line either horizontal, vertical or even diagonally to an area. It really can be a very striking patio especially when laid using Slate, Granite or Honed Sandstone to give a unique and modern look that will bring back to life any garden.

Setts

Setts are immensely popular in more cottage style gardens but, can be kept very modern depending on what style and colours are chosen. They are very small in size and so give a great natural variation in colour. They come in one size or mixed sizes and look perfect as a smaller patio area or alternatively, as a path leading to a larger patio laid in a different style.
